How to use
  1. Pump once.
  2. Evenly apply foundation on the diamond zone that connects under the eyes, cheeks, area between eyebrows, and philtrum.
  3. Tap with the fingers to make the application closely adhere to skin.
  4. Sets an optimal color that matches skin tone by balancing with the color under skin, adhering to skin more with each tap.
  • To have high cover, apply after finishing the first layer without thickening or creases.

    Shipping

    Shipping charges are fixed for orders throughout Australia. 

     All shipping estimates are from when payment is received by Purezone. Estimates are based on Australia Post shipping times.

    Registered Post (Up to 3kg)

    • 2 - 7 working days for most areas.
      Certain rural areas may require longer.
    • Price : AUD $13.45
    • Bulky items, over 3kg in weight, may incur a freight surcharge.
      Any such surcharge will be notified to the customer.

    Registered Post service will be delivered by Australia Post and requires a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for it. Otherwise a card will be left and your parcel will need to be collected from your local post office.

    Please note Australia Post only deliver from Monday to Friday.

    Track Your Parcel

    To track your parcel please use the consignment number you will receive from Australia Post (via email) when your order is dispatched here; https://auspost.com.au/track/. Your tracking number will look similar to this "18P00000xxxxx"

    RETURN & EXCHANGES

    The Purezone is happy to offer customers a return or an exchange for items purchased online. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods and will require proof of purchase. 

    Damaged goods

    If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps:

    • Take a photo of the item/s
    • Send the photo to info@purezone.net.au along with your order reference number
    • Our customer care team will contact you to arrange the return of the product. We will send you a pre-paid postal label to use when returning the item to us. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.  Please allow up to seven days for the refund to process.

    Exchange or Change of Mind

    If you wish to exchange your item/s please follow these easy steps:
